So, I keep my calendar on my desk, and it says 8/13 was the birthday of the Bronco in 1965. Then I look inside the playing card box, it says 8/11 is the birthday. Which one is it @Ford Motor Company ?? Please say 8/13, because then my Bronco and my son would share the same birthday.... ;)
Oh man, so I just went out to the garage and spotted how big of a problem this is. If the windows don’t “go down then up” on their own when you open and close the doors, it looks like this. That’s a decent gap!
I'm getting the same issue with my driver side window. Originally, the passenger window would stop 3/4 way up, then it closes and comes down about that same distance. The dealership "fixed" it, but it hasn't stopped. Now, my driver's side window has completely stopped going "automatically...
Just found this thread . Trying to figure out a good set of tires to slightly beef up my big bend. No lift. Just want to get it looking more like an early bronco and not like a monster truck or jeep. Thanks for posting it, these tires sound like the option for me.
They did not, but they were getting pretty high. I pulled over and threw them in back when the left (bigger one that goes over the hump) one also started lifting with the wind.
I have the Bronco molded floor mats. They do the trick. Look nice, easy to clean, but I hate the fact that the rear ones don't "click in" to secure them. After two days of without doors on and constantly having to look over my shoulder, I've taken the rear floor mats out because I can't keep...
I didn’t do this one myself, but I couldn’t be happier with the results. Had a custom shop in my neck of the woods throw a switch in next to the window controls. Small enough to leave room for additional buttons in the future, but I probably won’t add upper lights or brush guard lights. I got...
I think the circle lights look too much like Wall-E (probably the parent in me). Never regret the non-signature headlights. I was surprised with how basic the base tail lights are, but I never see them when I’m driving, so it’s no big deal to me.
While we are talking about the soft top, can someone check the window tints on on their soft top vs the door windows? I tinted my front row windows to match the back, and the place that I went highlighted the fact that the soft top windows have a bit of a “pink” tint to them. Not sure if it’s...
So the tint place I went to last week pointed out that my soft top windows don’t match my back row of windows. They said there appears to be a pinkish tint to them. Now, I can’t help but notice this myself. Anyone else seeing this??? Is this normal for the soft tops?
Global Windows is a thing??? So cool. Going to impress my kids right now. Not going to show anyone the bottle opener. I don't trust anyone not to spill or break a bottle.
