Don't know if anyone's posted about this. I got an email from The Bronco Nation inviting me to their weekend basecamp. Only $150 for one person, all other guests over 15 are $100 each. Includes camping.
Somehow I don't...

Possible 800 to 1000 lbs. plus trailer weight. At first it seemed as though premium gas was not giving me the highway benefit I see when not towing, but I now chock that tirup to over-ethanolicism by some midwest gas stations. Had a couple of days of 10 MPG no matter what I put into it. Once...
Wow, you are smokin' my base 2.3 pulling a 5x8 uHaul through similar territory. Bronco is reporting 10 to 14 mpg. Gave up on premium and just running regular unleaded.
You did exactly right. To add to my shame, I had craigslist gig talent do the stripe when I should have just found a ladder and done it myself. I reckon it will come off easy enough. Thanks for the head's up. I noticed it in a parking lot and had to go change my civvies.
Nope, didn't notice. But saw it today. Kinda pissed, of course, but I should have caught it. Was in the middle of getting ready to move and just trying to do too much in too little time. Now pulling a trailer to the west coast where that will get removed and not sure what to do next.
Grrr. Good...
No, it's hard to see, but it looks as though they have the correct Molex connectors. Somewhere on this forum someone shows the correct Molex connector and how to crimp, insert pins, etc. I just can't find it.
What I did end up doing was using a pair of dikes to make 3 cuts on the "wrong"...
“@Judge Rufus” Ok. Found the time to put the other trim stripe pieces on. Still confused by your “over the top and down the back” comment. Over the MIC pebble textured top and where down the back? Over the wing door glass and down the spare tire?
I will happily trade my 2021 in for anyone that gets a 2023 2 door Base and just can't stand the thought of it. Plus, mine has proved it's longevity and toughness by getting hit by a city bus and making it out alive. (With a few band-aids from a Ford bodyshop.)
Not known, but, check in with the Ford OEM resellers. Most discount pretty heavily. Levittown Ford, OEMfordpartsdirect.com are always good for some hefty discounts on everything.
Ford tube steps, list MSRP $615.00 sell for $473.55 on OEMpartsdirect. as an example.
Nice, get us some pix when you get that running. Not that the Samurai should be considered as a sacrificial ride, more like a Tora! Tora! Tora! Kamikazemobile.
That Jeep is definitely a beastie. Did you keep your trophy rock? Something for the mantle so the wife can just point at it when you're doing something that wives think is less than brilliant?
