Yes it was! I bought in 1997 and sold in 2020, which was also a good time to buy and sell especially when you move out of CA and take all your equity to Idaho. ;)

Have you been to that dealership lately? As I previously posted to Eric it was a mess. The two employees I spoke with were completely rude and it was mobbed. I don't think it was mobbed with people buying new cars either...

If I have to put down a $1000 deposit that is fine. If it is non-refundable that is fine with me too. I am all in. Hell, I just bought a house from FaceTime walk through. If this helps real orders move forward as opposed to those who reserved two of them on $100 deposits as, "just in case"...

I called Lithia after the Ford briefing to the dealerships. He hadn’t heard any of that information. He assured me Lithia is a large dealership who sells a lot of vehicles so not to worry.

Spotted this Area 51 Sport with Michigan plates in San Diego this morning. Is there an event here or nearby San Diego? The Sport looked nice and larger than I expected. Goes pretty fast too...
