So is the harness the same for all speakers? I see OP mentioned the ones for the 4", which should be the Metra 72-5603, but I'm seeing that the kick panel speakers are Metra 72-5602?

Not sure what you mean by "Normal BOV", the point of this install is to replace what is there with a BOV. Pretty sure the stock part isnt.
