I’m not sure because there were two for my dealer and the other wasn’t sent to DE. at this point I’m just grateful it’s not in the chip shortage.
glass half full!
It did get sent to DE - but they are putting it back on a train and I'm hoping to have it within two weeks! Sounds like it was a mistake and I'm hoping to get it quicker.
I’m bummed because my sales guy had been so great but he left and I was passed off to a new guy and the sales manager doesn’t seem to care. He said “he isn’t ford so it’s going to be tough for him to get answers” if you are not ford, who tf am I buying this car from?
I’ll see if I can find out, thank you!
I’m hoping to get my original CS person again because the last one refused to help me since I’m not with a company.
That is the way it sounds from my conversations with Norfolk southern CS. My dealer is “looking into it” but honestly I feel like he’s brushing me off. Last time we spoke he was having trouble connecting with NF but when I called as soon as we got off of the phone, it went right through.

I have my railcar info. Currently the bronco stopped 30 min from me, was put on a truck, but instead of going to my dealer it went on another train and is in Delaware as of this morning.
I’ve been talking to the sales manager all morning and he seems very reluctant to help and wants to wait til...
Sad report today, folks. As of this morning my car is in Delaware. I called Norfolk Southern CS and they confirmed it is in fact there and is set to go to a ford dealer there, not my Pittsburgh dealer. I called my dealer and spoke to the manager and it he hasn’t tracked it since 1/29.

CS told me today that once it goes on the train they lose access to track it. I don’t know if they can’t or won’t but that’s what two reps said.
My dealer is looking into it but it was released to a flat bed this morning and then registered on another train.
if it was on a truck it I’d think would be to the dealer by now.
my husband called CS and Alyssa said it’s still at MAP
welp... I suppose I'm not getting my car this weekend. It was 30 min from me but they put it onto another train and now its 3.5 hours away heading towards Philly. Why would they do that?!
I'm hoping I am not going to another railyard since the railyard in Conway is 25 miles from my dealership, I don't know that there is another closer.
Do you know what the code was when it was released to the dealership?
I called again this morning to track my train and it said: Departed on Flat car (there is a piece I can't make out but I think it says "no preq scan or PA") feb 4 8:19AM
Is this it?! Does this mean it'll be at the dealership today?!
this is very nice of your dealer - mine will give them when you buy the car. I want to buy floor mats and it would be great to have them when the car comes but they won't budge
I got m
mine was not a chip shortage. It sounds like there is a lack of truck drivers to move some of them. maybe those stuck in production need parts or chips, but if you have built status, CS said its likely sitting there just waiting for a ride.
