CS told me today that once it goes on the train they lose access to track it. I don’t know if they can’t or won’t but that’s what two reps said.

I got m mine was not a chip shortage. It sounds like there is a lack of truck drivers to move some of them. maybe those stuck in production need parts or chips, but if you have built status, CS said its likely sitting there just waiting for a ride.
