Exactly! My rep was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. She offered up my price protection certificate number (which expires Dec 31... a week before my expected delivery), a case number for my call, and sent me a $100 e-gift card. There are definitely some good ones out there... Hope...

Got the same "built but we're doing some final inspections" email. "Backdoor" Tracker (https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=) updated my EDD from Dec 10-16 to January 1 - 7. Now this is a date I think (hope) they can make!

Will do! My "built" email stated they were doing some additional QC checks and Chat confirmed there's some sort of hold but can't tell what it is. Delivery date has stayed the same, so fingers crossed!

She's gorgeous! I'll be flying in from Atlanta to pick mine up once the notorious chip hold issue is resolved, so it's encouraging to see 2Drs rolling off the assembly line and landing at Granger!
