Its funny to see the various ways that people have addressed lifting and storing tops for jeeps, broncos, etc over the years. And amazing how many people make it unnecessarily difficult by not using any form of mechanical advantage.
Has anyone with the B&O system installed the SSV pods (with a 6.5 speaker) ?
I know that there is a way using Forscan, for a NON B&O system to increase the output level to the rear pods, is there also a way to do this for the B&O system, as well?
I will someday do an Amp, sub upgrade etc...
BFG clearly trying to jump into the "hybrid" tire trend....
I wouldn't hold my breath on BFG coming out with a Load Range C version of this tire in 37-12.50-17
They did this briefly for the KM3, and then it vanished (BFG PN: 79293)
Have to remember that these youtubers are just average enthusiasts and they are by no means experts, on anything. What they are good at, is producing content that gets views, which brings in both monetization funds and creates a venue for manufacturers to place products that can be...
Most fender deletes appear to use a fixed stud with washers and nuts to attach....
Are there any fender delete kits out there that attach using the same (or a similar) attachment scheme as the factory flares do, with their 1/4-turn fasteners? (or other methods that would make them as quick to...
This is not a new thing. Lots of family-owned businesses discovered long ago that there are advantages to putting the business in the wife's name. Many companies have programs that have preferential sourcing policies for Women and Minority Owned businesses, particularly in the advanced...
Thanks but, I'm not sure that the Sunrider and Trektop use the same mounting arrangement and hardware. As mentioned, I contacted JTops and they didn't know whether the Trektop would be compatible.
I want to order the JTops Dual Top sunshade, but need to know if it will work with my Bestop Trektop (as sold by Ford as "Top / Retractable / Full Twill Soft").....
Called up Jtops, but they didn't know / haven't yet tested it....
.....Anyone here tried it?
Hey man, thanks. I didn't think that there was really any deficiency in how the XTS bumper is mounted and constructed, ie. the thickness of the steel, etc etc, but, additional reinforcements certainly can't hurt! I will reach out to them as well. Thank you!
Automakers just stubbornly insist on developing software applications and support interfaces that are tremendously short of what already exists in the marketplace. Ford probably could have licensed an existing application (such as OnXOffroad) and created a Ford Bronco-branded version of it, with...
I think that BB must have also protested the clamp-on tie rod clamshell type reinforcements that Kid Chaos was making and selling. I have a set, and they are really well made. (I actually found those before I ever heard of or knew anything about broncbuster, lol). Now kid chaos isn't selling...
Exactly how I was planning to remove the stock (black) bushing. Spent way too many years as a mechanic not to know this trick, lol. When I watched BB's install videos (both his, and the one he did at MORR) I couldn't believe they were sitting there trying to gouge them out with a pick, etc....
