Hill start assist: no not that Iām talking about the decent assist as in going down hills. It keeps you at a set speed under 15-20 mph
Sorry I havenāt read your post but being there is thousands of posts but itās quite interesting.
Judging by the experiences with the TJ and CJ I could see it being very sweet off-road. Iāll admit that autos are easy off-road but I think the 7speed will be great especially when it ads some accelerator automatically.
Hill decent will be nice as well, tested that in a park behind my house...
This has to be the easiest clutch Iāve ever driven and the āauto gasā as I call it (because I donāt know what the proper term is) is amazing!
Iāve had the bronco 3 weeks and have driven it exclusively. I pulled my ā97 TJ out of the garage this afternoon and didnāt stall but damn that clutch...
Iām a Jeep owner and Iāve always been a fan on any older 4x4 (broncos, scouts, old rovers, land cruisers and the like)
Not too sure why Jeep owners have a superiority complex but I know it well. Mustāve been a JK because when those came out nobody waved at them and they got butthurt on forums...
My 97 has been caught in countless rain storms with nothing on and Iāve had 0 issues due to it. I havenāt had doors on in the summer for years.
Iāll be honest, Iām apprehensive of the bronco getting wet because itās essentially a rolling computer/entertainment system, but my old beer can on...
My mother in-law is bothered by the wind noise more than me. So I may try this for her and my wife but to but to me itās a hell of a lot quieter than the hardtop on my old Jeep! Granted being quieter than a 25 year old Jeep isnāt much of a challenge.
My Bronco was on hold for about a month awaiting a truck (I live an hour and a half from the plant) I know a lot of people say donāt talk to the dealer but I have a good rapport with mine, I asked the guy I was dealing with and he was able to see mine was not āin storageā which he explained was...
Even with selectrac in my XJ I always did better in 2H, 4wd āFull Timeā as Jeep labeled it I pretty much only used in snow and it would still kick the ass end loose. My bronco just has the regular part time 2 speed transfer case in it (pay no attention to the badge, I thought it looked cool)...
Still waiting on my to find a truck and drive 2hrs but my issue from order/reservation was the fact on my trim I was unable to get dual zone hvac and heated seats with a manual transmission in something that was below a badlands. I come from driving old jeeps (pre JK) so I donāt need a lot but...
Well balls!
been built over a week now. Took 6 days to go from āin productionā to ābuiltā on the ford tracker. Ford estimated shipping by today.
First off I hope this is an ok place to ask this.
I have found many models of the Bronco but I am searching for a 1/48 scale for the model railroad layout in my basement. I have all my jeeps in this scale but have yet to find a new bronco in 1/43-1/50 scale, all I have is an old tootsie toy...
