    I'm with you, OP. Driver assists, auto rear view, 12 inch screens, auto dual climate, ... all that is for the birds. The only things I want above Base are heated seats and a nice steering wheel. One will be aftermarket and the other will be just buying an oem 'leather' wheel.

    First is the radar detector but I'll start with two driving lamps on the steel bumper. I'd like to do four lamps centered on the bumper eventually and some reverse fogs.

    Probably. The base runs 30 inch tires from the get go so as long as you don't go too wide, I don't see a reason why not.

    Pre-turbo? Air goes in turbo, goes in IC, goes in engine. You should only need a larger IC if you've tuned your motor to push more than a few pounds of boost over stock along with intake/exhaust upgrades.

    My V6 Rav4 gets 19 combined in the winter and 21 combined in the summer. I'm good with those tbh.

    Woodstock is a town built by rich NYers and now it's filled with wealthy people over 65 who can't be bothered to see anything change. There's a lot of this in the state.

    That area does t have much of a Class 4 road network... hell, there is no real "network". Most Class 4 roads are dead ends and less than a mile long.. its fake outrage. They just don't want people they don't know coming to their town unless all you do is stay at the inn, go to a restaurant...
