Unfortunately this is how lot of accessories /options that are not available at time of line production is done now. It is a challange for you, the dealership and suppliers right now. I have the DIO parts show up before the vehicle, after the delivery and sometimes much much later.

Normal for any line ( or manufacturer). Can be there for something simple like a seat part, reflash on module, trim etc. And of course, shipping problems can do that.
I did a bunch of stuff to my 23 Outer Banks. Double honk, yellow lights with DRL, added two modes ( Baja and Crawler). Global up. Make sure you are useing the latest cable. The on for my Mustang doesnāt work with tHe Bronco. Donāt do the auto off / on. Makes the charge indicator com on the dash.
3 weeks is nearing lemon law period in this state. The dealership should request an FSE for help programming the gateway module with the software folks. I assume the module has been replaced already?

Note that asbuilt data appears to update on Fordās servers when you modify. Make sure you note what you change.
I saw some people post concerning issues after an update. I have access to FDRS and can update if I see the recent update hasnāt induced any/more issues. So, I have automatic updates turned off. And, I got the notice on the update on my Ford Pass, my e-mail and in the rig. Ugh. And now CarPlay...
How did they determine you did it incorrectly? What actual proof do they have of that? How do they prove the transmission failure wasnāt from normal driving? Those transmissions have had failures without ever having the vehicle flat towed. It will be on the dealership and or Ford to prove that...

I always use the configure option if available. Sometimes thats not an option. My global up on the windows I had to use a combination ( though that could have just been me š) because of the multiple modules involved.
Yes. Thatās why I got the bag. I used to use aluminum foil but found with the Bronco I could put my hand on the door and it would unlock unless I was four layers thick. Bag works great.
