I know I sound like the Pollyanna here, but I’ll be happy to get mine when I get it. I’ve wanted a new bronco since I knew they were coming back, and I’ll order what I want, not what will get here faster. I know my 2.7 and lux will cost me time, but I’d hate to settle on a vehicle I’ve wanted...
I have a feeling most people on the sales floor aren’t paying attention. I got an email from a sales rep at my dealer after I made my reservation in July. I emailed her yesterday after seeing info about allocations and confirmation that ordering starts next week. Her response was to tell me...
I have done the same; ride for a bit, see what needs to be done and what is a want. I still end up changing things, but I prioritize it a bit better...
Interesting thread here. I’ve been going back and forth on switching my dealership too. I went to my dealer last week (two of their locations) and asked about the Bronco. What surprised me is no one seemed to know about or be interested in it. I asked a salesperson what they were going to do...
I will say this, I can put up with a lot of disappointments, but I live in Minnesota. A soft top all year round isn’t going to happen. I need a dual top option.
I built the badlands that I will order. Would prefer gray vinyl to black, and would like to see a dual top option, but damn, I’ve been dreaming about this ride since it was announced it is coming back.
Regarding a few posts where people mentioned orders based off reservations. I really hope Ford didn’t order all of their materials based off that. I made my reservation the day after release based on limited Info that I had at the time. I originally reserved OBX, but I will switch to...
I get if the need for simplicity is necessary to make production easier, but then keep the designs simple. Fairly plain, neutral colors, some dark, some light. I’m not a Wildtrak guy, but camo? Seriously?? And blue? Which clashes with a bunch of paint colors?
I had originally reserved an OBX, but changed my mind on that a while back. Really glad I did after seeing the bronze dashboard and blue abomination that will clash with most exterior colors, especially when four of them are variations of gray.
Gotta give Granger credit. They are doing their best to get info out there. I stopped by my dealership today to ask a few questions and they seemed to have no answers. It’s not like they should expect questions on a vehicle with over 100,000 reservations made...
I’ll admit I haven’t been on the forum long myself, but I reserved the day after reveal. I was even thinking it could be a fun trip to pick my new ride up if I have to. Any good links I should look for? I’m in MN.
Definitely a valid point there. I have not received a thing from Ford since the confirmation of my reservation on 7/14. Wouldn’t mind actually hearing from the source. That’s in no way intended to knock this site, because i Love seeing stuff here too.
