They can hold heavier tires/wheels without causing the door to sag and potentially be difficult to close or cause damage. It puts the weight into the steel bumper instead.

Makes sense. I was hoping to get away from premium at full HP because I've been paying premium for years. It's not the end of the world since I'm already used to it. It would have just been a bonus. I've always been a believer in Smiles Per Gallon.

It's better than what I get right now so I'm happy with that. I don't recall seeing anywhere if it requires premium or not. Anyone with a clue? 2.7 specifically I assume since it's boosted it does but ya never know.
