The Curt website now shows 2 different harnesses, 1 for LED equipped Broncos and 1 for Non-LED Broncos. You have to scroll down quite a bit to get to where it indicates which one you are looking at. The Non LED is the more expensive of the two.

I just got my built email, 9/6-9/12 delivery.

The two metal bars surrounded by plastic on the back of the rear seats for car seat straps to anchor to. I believe the latch rotates in underneath it putting tension on the panel and holding it firmly in place.
