    The Elite series fog lamp fits perfect in the capable bumper. I did cut the inboard portion of the inside plastic trim. I wanted easy access to the alignment adjustment screws. If you don't cut the plastic, I think you could drill a hole to get a screwdriver on the adjustment screw.

    You can- but only until the tire hits the outer bar. And of course you can't if you have any cargo on it.
