Map of the trail https://www.trailsoffroad.com/US/california/scout-routes/3151-deer-trail
It was a Moderate difficulty trail mostly because it gets very steep. 30%

The trail had great views. It was very steep at parts but there was good traction. We started at Drinkwater flats so we did the trail from west to east.
I have done Rattlesnake Canyon up to burns, and then going to Pioneer town. It is a fun run and not too difficult so any Bronco should be able to do it.
I am not free on the 18th so I can't go but I recommend this trail.
The 2.7 and 3.0 have the alternator low on the engine. The 2.3 is higher up. This is why the Bronco Everglades only came with the 2.3
For lower water, splash protection. It would be interesting to see how much coverage different skid plates have. Some are more open to the sides.
Mud and water...
The lead time for these choices is years. I hope we see the v6 and v8 options for 2027. Jeep wrangler now has 3 trims with the v8. 392 Rubicon, 392 Moab, and 392 Willys. More v8's will be coming from jeep. Ford at some point should respond.
On the Hyundai website https://www.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/vehicles/boulder-concept it uses words like "fooling around" and has a reveal date of April 1st. This has to be an April fools joke.
It should work. I got one like that from Amazon. It was about that price and came with mounts for fog or off road lights too. Yours should be easier to install I was replacing the plastic bumper.
maxmcnich and I are going to hit up a trail in Santa Clarita on Saturday April 4th. Should be a medium difficulty trail. Meeting at 8am. Would anyone like to join us?
not all the broncos in those dates were recalled, just some of them. you need to look up your vin on the NHTSA website for this recall
NHTSA | National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
48K 2025 Ford, Lincoln Vehicles Recalled Over EGR Valve Failures
Ford Bronco SUVs produced from December 10th, 2024, and November 24th, 2025
Not listed yet on the NHTSA website.
I am in the date range. I don't know if all engines (4 or 6 cyclender) have this problem.
Has any one had an EGR...
I have seen that before on a Nissan. Even a small change in the range of travel lead to the CV not turning smoothly.
I hope that is not the case here and I don't think it is, someone would have found out the hard way by now.
