Original idea was meant to try to use it as another air inlet that fed the cai hoping it would lower overall iat and manifold air temp. Old tread. I’ve completed my build so just enjoying the ride both on road and off road. Switched the cai since k&n just sucked in hot air.

probably not. I would say if you're not going ethenol, I would not spend the money on upgraded turbos. That's just my opinion from my experience with tuning my s3 upgraded turbos on 93 octane. with 93 octane - im capped at around 21psi. with e85 - its around 28psi

@Gluestick - Been trying to make a good lay out but yours looks better. Any chance you can export it and share? Also, I'm trying to get PSI numbers to show up. Not used to or am able to read boost figures correctly. Not sure how they align or whats high v low. I'm a noob

Yeah it took a 16in (if I remember size correctly) Corsa resonator I added to an Injen system that has the same size extension pipe for 2dr to 4dr packaging to tame that rasp. I hate the rasp. Not sure if that’s normal for downpipes or if it’s just cvf ones

hm I must of gotten it with the digital rearview mirror then and just put it in the Wagner box.

Got my Raptor Gauge from Panda today so went ahead and took apart my dash to install the gauge, Wagner device in the vent, and try to remove a screw rolling around somewhere in the dashboard and dog food in the defroster vent. Wagner supplied the wrong type of fuse tap so need to redo that...

Feel like the intercooler gets no air with the pic of that bumper. But I guess if it’s high oil temp, then that’s more radiator related? I’ve had overheating while datalogging but that was in the engine

Feel like with most or all winch bumpers, the intercooler gets a lot less airflow exposure. Altho this does look better for that than competitors. Great measurements! Nice video. Gl

@Brandmotion Joe Hi, what is the fuse amp ratings for the two wires? I’m redoing mine so it doesn’t drain my battery but not sure what amp to use. I forget what came in the box.
