Same here. No way sport mode is a reason to change your model, especially the features compared to the OBX and Wildtrak (wash out floors, sway bar, marine grade vinyl)
I would prefer sport mode, but itās a 5k lb truck, I live in the suburbs, itāll be in normal or eco with the top off 75% of...
So far, Area 51 looks like it matches the MIC roof better than any other color. But seeing these pics I really like the cactus gray for how unique it is, despite it being pretty neutral. Excited to see them in person when they show up at my local dealer.
The black accents are awesome but with the MIC top, I think the badlands gray grill actually looks better. Iāve gone back and forth but Badlands with equivalent features (and sticking with marine grade vinyl) is just a better deal and too hard to pass up. Honestly my biggest annoyance is no...
I think you may regret giving up sway bar, better suspension or optional high or lux packages for sport mode, unless you didnāt want those features. Itās annoying thereās no sport mode but Iām pretty sure you can put Baja into 2H if you want more throttle response. And itās a 5k lb off road...
I was pretty bummed about no sport mode on badlands initially but I imagine just using normal and manual shifting gears (auto shift knob has the + / - buttons) can achieve a similar result when you need the speed. The other benefits of the badlands outweigh a sport mode.
i thought he said you can select your goat mode and then adjust parameters from there. I apologize if Iām wrong, but I just assumed it works like the Raptor which does let you change Baja to 2H.
Hereās a good pic of the stock wheels on a 4 door. I think they look great and most of us would never use the beadlock capability of the upgraded ford wheels. Iām also considering going stock and maybe getting a set of black method wheels after I scratch up the stock ones.
i was going back and forth as well but seeing 33 inch tires in person really made my decision that theyāre plenty big on the bronco 2 door or 4 door. Maybe not as good looking, but still plenty of tire.
In the Bronco nation videos they say they are beadlock capable. The brand manager also repeats this to the Nashville Early Bronco channel on YouTube. Hoping the website just isnāt updated.
I think the optional Badlands wheels (for 33 inch tires) are the best looking wheel available from Ford for the Bronco. $1k upgrade to get 5 beadlock capable wheels seems worth it to me and would be my choice if I go badlands non-squatch. But lots of great aftermarket options.
when I try to add sound deadening headliner to badlands it wonāt work if you select 2.7l engine but does work on wildtrak. Will need to check if that changed.
definitely getting high package on any model I order for the 360 cameras and body sound deadening.
im still leaning badlands for the...
I've been sticking to a badlands (deciding between squatch/non-squatch), but with the bigger motor I lose out on sound deadening in that model and I really dont need steel bumpers/armor/sway bar for my daily driver uses and the occasional trail. But, the Badlands has nearly every feature for...
I think a lot of people getting their first off road vehicle with a good budget will be drawn to the wildtrak. Black accents, sport and Baja modes with big engine (speed on and off road), quieter than badlands with carpet and sound deadening options. Plastic bumpers should be less intimidating...
