Yes... I didn't provide the rail car info, just asked them for the location. They also gave an updated EDD of Jan 5. I previously had a range of Jan 1 - 7.
OMG! Pics of your Dane in the Bronco, please! Feel free to post here or DM me! I'm hoping Chaos and Havoc fit comfortably in my two-door. Heard from a guy who has two Mastiffs and he said they have more than enough room... so there's hope!
Thanks SO much for this info! @scottfwalter, myself and others have been at "clearing" Chicago for several days. The message I get from CSX (rail car UP 801057) is that the "load has been delivered in Chicago Clearing on Dec 18 and there's no ETA available." Not sure how to see the other steps...
Congrats! I should be headed to Granger in a few weeks for pickup. Question... if yours traveled by rail, would you happen to know if the Chicago clearing yard is the last rail stop before being put on a convoy to Granger? A few of us have been sitting at the clearing yard for a couple of days...
Hi there! It's not a recall. Here's the thread in case you want to check it out. Seems like recently shipped Broncos also have the same issues.

@jason9m9 is correct... Mine shipped on 12/15 with an updated ETA of Jan 1 - Jan 7. Rail car #UP801057 (CSX). It made it to Chicago clearing yard on Dec 18. Been getting a "No ETA available" update since then. Not sure what that means... if it's sitting at the Chicago yard, on another train, or...
Great job in helping locate the missing Bronco! As for the post above, if you don't want/intend for it to be taken the wrong way you can always edit your post to say "there's a crew of guys that comes for that." Just a thought...
Yes... I posted this a while back. Confirmed with Ford Marketing that dealer can file an exception in Smart Vincent. Still, it's best to get your certificate number before it expires. You can call Ford Marketing at 800-334-4375. Good luck all!
I got the same email, and my Bronco shipped out three days later. I was wondering if the extra QC was because I ordered a manual and there's an issue with a rattling noise in cold temps. Ford has had to replace several transmissions and now has a bulletin out about it. So I was hoping mine has...
I'm still waiting. Not sure how many steps/stops it has to make, but at least it's getting closer! Fingers crossed they at least make the estimated Jan 1 - Jan 7 delivery dates.
Update... my Bronco arrived at the Clearing rail yard in Chicago yesterday. Looks like it was unloaded. Not sure what the next steps are to get to Granger, but it's getting close!
Yes. Last year the price protection was split between two different "programs." For MY23 it's one certificate:

Unfortunately, no, although there were a lot of theories. And I kept getting different info every time I checked with chat. One rep would tell me there were no delays or holds, and another would say there's a chip hold. The "ETA" dates they told me stayed the same... Dec 10-16. But then one rep...
