Ohm's law is V=IR [Voltage (Volts) = Current (Amps) * Resistance (Ohms)]
What you listed here is the power formula P=IV [Power (Watts) = Current (Amps) * Voltage (Volts)]
4runners are ugly now. Wouldn't touch one with a 10-foot pole. I'd like to see them fix the design and make it more rugged looking instead of soft. They can correct a bad design, like they did with the Prius recently.
That article said it "can't" be retrofit, but the official Ford communication says it "won't" be retrofit. I would bet that it will be possible to retrofit.
That kind of damage should be totaled by the insurance company. I have heard reports of people on this and other forums that they got replacement value for totals.
I am not saying that a Jeep is less capable off road and may be better. However, for myself, the exterior design, interior, etc. plus the Bronco's capability (the overall package) make it more valuable to me over the Jeep.
Not sure if you had the chance to go to a Bronco Off Roadeo, but if you do you may change your mind on the Jeep. I went to it and the capability of the Bronco is amazing. I went up steep, rocky, muddy hills in New Hampshire and the Bronco took it like a champ.
It confirmed my NEED for a Bronco...
I would keep the loan - don’t pay it off. That is still a relatively low rate. Always better to have cash on hand for a rainy day. Economy may get bad next year.
Not sure about the terrain at the Utah Off Roadeo, but I went to the one in New Hampshire. They did say that skill and a base-base Bronco would still work. That day I went, it was slightly muddy in some areas, and some rocks were slick. I needed both front and rear lockers on to get up one muddy...
What I realized at the Bronco Off Roadeo was that without front and rear lockers, capability is greatly reduced. There were multiple situations where lockers were required, even in simple mud/rock situations. Locking the diffs allowed for getting out vs getting stuck.
I would not get a Bronco...
When Ford auto transferred my BaseManSquatch order to 2023, it was missing the aux switches, but still included SAS. I verified everything with my dealer and added back the aux switches before finalizing the new 2023 order.
I have a Maverick Hybrid XLT 2023 rollover order. I plan to use it as a DD (with the 42+ MPG) and for hauling things when needed.
I have a Bronco BaseManSquatch 2023 rollover order as well. This is "for fun".
There are no new 2023 orders for any Bronco at this time. You have to update an existing rollover 2022 order to get a 2023 order at this time, due to the large backlog of orders.
