I got an update from Ford Chat too. The rail car number is correct (CSX still says it's in San Bernadino as of May 25). My ETA has been updated from July 2 to July 11.

It doesn't work in Chrome. I've never gotten it to work in Chrome. The ford web page I was using doesn't seem to have a chat link that works anymore, but the link above DOES work - again, NOT in Chrome, but it does work with Microsoft Edge. *sigh* Strange because Chrome and Edge use the same...

In other news, my FordPass activation request, which had been pending for several weeks, was denied at 2:48 AM yesterday morning. I submitted the activation request again this morning and it's pending again. I guess they don't want me locking and unlocking the vehicle :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

We're up to 534 vehicles using order track currently awaiting shipment. And the average time is 21 days which I believe I have just reached since I got my bill email on June 4th.. Of course my dealer shows the ETA is still July 2nd. So he told me to give him a call on July 2nd. Lol. It hasn't...

None of the delivered vehicles have the LUX package You're so lucky that you got somebody to activate it. Mine has been activation pending for several weeks which I assume means that nobody has started my car in quite a while.

Just check with Ford Chat and no update on my ETA, still July 2, which I know won't happen since it hasn't shipped and it's a 3-6 week shipping time from MAP to Raleigh via rail.
