From what I understand, the cars were only for people whose orders they messed up and I think you had to call and complain. They wouldn’t have known on their end that your dealer messed it up.

Hard for him to help? How about they make it mandatory for every dealer to honor msrp (or below if a deal is worked out). Take the ADM out of the dealership’s playbook. Problem solved.

You can do it from your phone. Scroll down until you see Accessibility” hit start chat to open the chat box. Make sure you have your paper work in front of you. I think the last time I used it the lady used my order ID, order code, and sales code to look stuff up. Good luck.
