Making progress on mine. This is the basic idea to start with. Mine is a heavy wall sq tubing as I plan on beating on them, with 1.75 DOM as the step/guard. The sq. tubing will come with caps of course.
The hoop on this one is angled 20 degrees, so it will still act as a step and provide...
If I end up doing this, they will only come as a frame mounted option. Ill post up the ones Im working on when its done today. Ill use that as a base and can make different options depending.
Shipping is something Im checking into. Since they will be a kit Ill have some options.
I hate to get into bumpers, they take so much time, but a builder kit might not be bad. Ill add it to the list (further down LOL) My son helps me in the shop and he is in college until spring break, but this could be something for us to conquer then. Ill update the thread if I go down that road...

On the left and right hand side of that pocket on the flat panels, is there enough room to do that same thing? I would like to keep that pocket open if possible.
I've used your stuff for a long long time on many different rigs and never had a single issue. Quality is king and I would be proud to run this cover on my black diamond!
I will be tearing the dash apart in the near future to add a GMRS radio, amp, and a couple other things.
I would like to add a USB port to the top of the dash, hopefully with standard and USB-C ports on it. I have no problem cutting the dash and mounting these.
Does anyone see a problem with...
