This was a press event. They are wanting to show features of the Bronco, and one of those features is being able to disconnect the sway bar while under load.
My reservation is at Cazenave Ford, flying back from Oregon (or wherever I may be) to pick up the Bronco from them when it arrives.
I've bought from Cazenave Ford in the past, along with my family and friends from the area though the years (going back 20 years or so). While I haven't spoken to...
Grew up riding in the jump seats of small extended cab pickup trucks. Two actual back seats is luxury, though I'll probably remove mine.
It's a Badlands. If you zoom in on the picture on the first page of the buttons in the two door, the buttons are sway bar disconnect, front locker, rear...
You can't really throw the Wildtrak and First Edition into this as these two trim levels come standard with the 2.7L v6, which is automatic only.
The Outer Banks is targeted at people that want a Bronco and luxury items, but not really going to take it really off road past maybe a gravel or...
So looking at the soft top Bronco, unless they brought two soft top Broncos out there, this is the same Bronco running 33" tires here.
Here it's on the optional Badlands beadlock capable wheels, which are different than the rims on the flares off picture. In the flares off picture, it's...
Trail Control. I would expect it's something more technical behind why the manual is not offered with Sasquatch package because the features could easily be listed as "Includes Trail Control when equipped with the 10 speed automatic."
Ford is equipping the Broncos with a class II hitch. The rating for that is 3500#, which is why both the 2.3L and 2.7L engines have the same towing capacity.
Sticking with the Badlands. Current plan is 2 door with MT, add a tune to the engine, and then see what the aftermarket provides for lift/suspension upgrades.
Didn't even bother looking or talking to dealers in Oregon after my experiences trying to buy a truck a couple of years ago. Buying back...
The base 4 door is not available with the MT. Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Badlands 4 doors are available with the MT.
The Goodyear Wrangler MT tires available in the Sasquatch package as 35" tires will be an option on the Badlands in 33" version. Stock on the Badlands is the BFG KO2.
I'm seeing that the Badlands only shows the shadow black modular top as an option now. The colorizer for the two door is also showing MIC modular top instead of the body color top.
From the details on Ford's site on each model, the base 4 door comes only with the 10 speed automatic transmission. The 4 door Big Bend/Black Diamond/Badlands comes with the 7 speed manual as standard equipment with the base 2.3L Ecoboost engine.
