this new gadget appears to work with the PI to operate some or all of the modules in new vehicles. could offer options or solutions for some of us that like to change or customize. or modify.

I plan on eventually doing a Predator engine swap, on either my own Bronco or someone else's. this thread will be a information base for other who are interested to follow along this LENGTHY process.
The goal is simple, shoehorn in the 5.2 supercharged GT500 engine into a bronco. The...
Forscan very newest release has an easy entry mode in the ABS module this is great news! It allows you to remove the Eco Mode completely without seemingly disrupting the others. Tow Haul mode is another story though it don't work for me without disrupting the rest.
So like a few others I bought one of these cold air intakes. It's just an overhyped extra big K&N filter in my case I bought the K&N brand. There similar to many of the other overpriced plastic air boxes with a big filter. Like others, mine has an open top for extra air to get in there, which is...
my new Heavy Duty Spicer driveshaft showed up this week and I slapped it in today. easy to do swap. looks beefier than OEM however I admit I was expecting a double Cartan U-Joint on the transfer case side. I'll run it hard with the 40s and report back if there's any issues ...comes with new...

Well here's a few initial pics of the 40s. Went with yokahama geolander X-MT 40x13.50r17. These are the factory ford beadlock rings. They allow the wheel to become 9.5" wide with the ring, or 8.5 with out. This moves the centerline of the tire out by 1/2". Actually increased the track a...

I wonder if they'll get this rollout right?....I'm imagining this will put the repo man out of business. 😆
No I didn't break any of the stock sasquatch drivetrain with the 37s...but in preparation for 40s I decided to upgrade the FDU and CV axles while doing a gear swap.
The spicer ULTIMATE 44 AdvanTEC FDU is available now with Heavy Duty 32 spline axle shafts and steel tube for extra strength...
Anyone feel like taking pictures and posting close ups of the tie rods? Any chance the part number stickers are still on there? @flip and I and trying to determine if both sides are the same part. Thanks.
Update...

While trying to achieve a flatter less steep tie rod angle, I have achieved additional wheel travel.
My solution for tie rod angle was to use RC uprights or knuckles. These have a tie rod mount 4" higher up allowing the tie rod to remain flat in a lifted truck.
I've already shaved my...
So while chopping my Bronco up and moving electronics outta the bed area (yes it has a bed now) I noticed on the B&O amp, a plug with four connections....
Immediately I thought ”I bet these are for co-ax low outputs”!
Never seen a connection plug quite this size and shape, but found it...
Almost done so I thought I'd start a thread.
Chopped up a bronco more-doors top and did some fab work. Got a few adjustments to make and a final sand and paint, but overall I'm satisfied so far.
The front two top panels still lock in place to the new half-cab the same way, and they are...
Edit.. well after a bunch of post were deleted.....here we have bits and pieces now...
After a bit more research, I've been able to determine that the roll bars ARE removable! (With a sawzall)
This is fantastic news for those few of us looking to do a pickup or half-cab. .
I'm very close...
