  1. Overlanded and took on Marble Head in Badlands

We had a great time wheeling with ya, it was good to meet you and Reign! Impressive rig 👍
  2. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

Mine looks like that on the driver side and I initially thought I had spun one and pulled it out slightly but I'm not leaking gear oil and my plug welds still look intact. It goes almost all the way around the tube about 1/2-3/4" from the diff housing.
  3. 74Weld Steering Rack install video for Bronco Raptor

Yukon just released their new chromoly shafts for the bronco m220 rear this week I heard
  4. after market coil overs

I believe eibach 2.0 fronts are 17.77" compressed and 24.2" extended but I haven't been able to find any data on the rears. A table like this to be able to compare will be awesome 👏
  5. 74Weld Steering upgrades- Bushings and Housing!

Maybe I've missed it between threads but now that they have the 3 stages of rack upgrades could one use our existing rack (hoss 1) to swap into their stage 2 full billet rack and then eventually upgrade to the hoss 3 motor with programming for the added steering motor strength? As I typed this...
  6. Core 4x4 sale

Fwiw I locktighted mine and they haven't come loose, rust belt here too but I don't plan on having to adjust them My trackbar was off 7/8" or so to the passenger side and when the driver rear would droop I'd rub the driveshaft on the gas tank skid. Once I measured it out and recentered it...
  7. Bronc Buster flips over in Moab

Heard he rolled again at safari, I think in 2wd 🙄 Also if it really is his front drive unit going out in broncbuster I do believe he running an ultimate 44 from Dana and that would be the 2nd one I've heard of failing already and for there only being a handful out there that's not promising.
  8. Suggestions on suspension modifications to best run 37’s?

Yes they are the crawl series. Those are 20* RCI sliders and Rough Country control arms. Temporary until I can decide which direction I want to go for suspension. I honestly haven't measured how tall it is now though
  9. Suggestions on suspension modifications to best run 37’s?

Love my core4x4 arms, they definitely free up any available articulation left in the rear end. I didn't notice anything significant on the road, just keep them greased. Jonny joints are rebuildable too For what it's worth my rear track bar was off to the passenger side when I first set mine up...
  10. Rock Sliders with small body lift?

I was a little worried about my 3/4" body lift throwing off the look on my frame mounted sliders, but I don't think it did at least with the RCI sliders with the 20 degree option.
  11. Broncos and fishing- lets see em

We've been getting into them on the Maumee River. Never been more thankful for washout floors!
  12. General consensus on replacing the rear links / control arms?

Im running the crawl series with adjustable Jonny joints on both ends. I went with aluminum upper and lower arms and the track bar is steel. You will have to adjust them to your bronco, the easiest way is to insert some long bolts through the old control arm and adjust the new one until you can...
  13. General consensus on replacing the rear links / control arms?

Core 4x4 uppers and lowers, with their track bar really increased overall articulation for me. I'm still on the stock hitachis (lol) but i actually rub a 37x12.50 on the fender flare and liner at full stuff with 3.5" of lift and .75" body spacer now. They ride smooth and I haven't noticed...
  14. Ford Performance M210 Warranty

You just have to remember it's on or use a lighted switch, it won't have any communication with the bronco, only with you. The procal is only disabling the front axle disconnect in the tune and allows you to change gear ratios if need be. Im going to guess one day someone will figure out the...
  15. Ford Performance M210 Warranty

No that's the last part there, ford performance recommends a switched 5-10 amp circuit. According to them there isn't a way to do the hero switch swap yet, another member has tried as well. Everyone I know has it on either an aux switch or has put in a switch somewhere in the cab for it
  16. Ford Performance M210 Warranty

I was gonna take a video the second time, I should have lol It's fairly straightforward, 4 bolts drops the fdu out and it's just a matter of separating your cv axles at the hub by either the lower control arm bolts or the upper ball joint. The top mount is kind of tough to reach, it's easier to...
  17. Ford Performance M210 Warranty

Call em up, they are very responsive over the phone, e-mail not so much lol They warrantied my m210 upgrade for a locker failure, self installed, locker didn't work from the get go. They shipped a new fdu to the dealer I ordered from.
  18. M210 Front Axle Swap?

It's not the right pigtail technically, although they are almost the same. Part # 2u2z-14s411-bb is the oem pigtail and I can verify it slides right on and matches the rear locker as well. eBay was the cheapest when I ordered mine
  19. Installed 5.38s and Spicer Ultimate 44 FDU and Extreme CVs 32 spline

Awesome! This was the route I wanted to go but when my m190 let go I just couldn't justify spending the money at the time so I just m210 swapped for now. I figure in a couple of years I'll be ready for 40s and the Dana FDU
