UPDATE:
My fob arrives tomorrow, transplanting the fob board into the slimmer housing was a success with some small modifications. I’ll add pictures of it tomorrow night, test it for a week or so, then follow up with George on my findings. Once he gets the OK on functionality he’ll begin work...
2DR owner here and I have a swiveling 360 seat for my 1 year old and we have plenty of space. She is currently rear facing, but I’ve experimented with the car parked facing her forward in the same seat, no issue!
Day one res with every constraint you can fathom, joined a local group-buy just before it closed, wife got pregnant and had our daughter, then I picked my Bronco up in October 21 for well under invoice. Whenever people ask about my rig I still tell them I cannot believe this is mine.

UPDATE:
George got the new housings in! I want to reiterate these new housings will not shrink the footprint of the overall key, but add a more over the top experience. I’m designing a cool image to use for my own fob and will be happy to share with anyone who wants it or anything really...
You know, I said that just sort of off the cuff, but now I’m thinking about it I honestly need to try it to see if there is enough clearance to get the tool in.
Nope, too thick. The manual ratchet that ships with the bronco, while not as flashy, is the best tool in my opinion. That powered ratchet will kick ass for removing your hardtop bolts if you happen to have one though. I got the Makita version of this tool just for that!
Just waiting on the new housing that is a little bigger than his current offerings. George said it should be arriving in a week or so. If the new housing doesn’t work, it’s surgery time on my existing keys board to try and get it small enough to fit.
Very cool idea! Good friend of mine is a copywriter for Yeti, I’ll be reaching out to share this idea with them to see if maybe we can spur on some Bronco related gear!
Hike the eagle rock loop every year, but the boys and I are getting older and want something a bit more relaxed. Any suggestions for simple, but beautiful off the beaten path over-land camping? Appreciate any help, Google seems to only show me the more intense 4 ft deep water crossing trips.
