Got the gray camo-ish ones for my 2DR

Went to O’Reilly’s Auto shop, gave them the paint code & got the cactus gray and a clear coat in a spray can.

Wiring it up was simple enough, I even used thin black plastic conduit that ran perfectly within a channel on the backside of the grill to hide all my wires seamlessly. I tied it to my Aux 2 switch and love using it as an “oh shit” or “what a douche” moment at stop lights and stop signs

Really hope this helps. I also color matched the letters to my rig. The letters ship in white, but I believe they are also working on black lettering, as well as amber light versions.

I used adhesive, but this still looks like a much more solid implementation that will last for years. Well worth the work I imagine because god damn that looks great!

Thanks for the pictures @CKXVII and @Papa Smurf. I am happy with my plasti-dip job. While the bones are a unique take, and I totally dig anyone who wants to go this route, it just isn’t for me.

Seems to be similar, if not exactly the same, adhesive all manufacturers use to adhere their emblems. If they end up coming off during typical usage I bet the wiring holds them in place long enough for me to find an alternative method. I think the supplied product will hold though.

Shit with you raised sleeper floor, and the deck you could eat dinner sitting up at any national park, and it’ll look like it came from ford that way! Very cool addition man.
