MrJoe, The Roadmaster have a 1.13" opening and the Blue Ox have a 1.05" opening.

yourbudjim sounds like a great plan. Will pickup my Blue Ox adapters from the machine shop tomorrow and hopefully have my Bronco back from the paint shop on Thursday. Will send pictures after I put it all together.

OK, some info on installing the Blue OX BX8848 Tail Light Wiring Kit, Diode. Two pictures and two documents that helped a bunch. One is instructions on removing the tail light assembly and the other is the wire color code.

Haven't seen this posted yet. Working on installing my flat towing system and found the fog light wiring and connects on the Modular bumper. The connector is right below the shackle bracket on both sides.

mmorgan, the red wire and fuse connect to the battery and splice into the black wire. There drawing color is a little off. This is the power for the system. The red wire going to the harness is for a two wire system (brake and turn signal separate).

The last sheet of the instructions shows the actual wiring. The extra red wire is for a two-wire system.

Guys, don't read something into this that's not there, it is a four way device. From there web ad. "4-way flat output connects tail lights, brake lights and turn signals"

I prefer to connect the safety cables farther back on the frame. The last two installs I did I used large eye bolts attached to the frame. Don't like to connect to anything that could come loose or break.
