We drove home from skiing in CO across KS in 0 degree temps with wind chills in the -15 to -25 range. Wind speeds (cross winds) were around 20-25 sustained with gusts up to 35-40. My two door did just fine on the road, but MPG was TERRIBLE. I think I averaged 12 for that trip home.
You will also need to keep an eye on snow/ice covering these LED lights. No real heat to melt anything. I drove out of CO in a snow storm and had to keep pulling over to clean them off. It was perfect temp for precip to freeze up on them.
I saw two transport trucks rolling North on I-29 just over the IA line as I was heading South back to KC on Friday. They both had all Bronco's with one Maverick each.

I also did not like how the Bestop folded back. You can't get away from the slant back as that is how the roll bar is designed. I really love this top. Install was not too bad. My wife can open/close the top...
I did a Kicker 8" powered sub with new 4" in front and rear, all from Crutchfield. I left the stock 6.5 in place. For me, the biggest improvement was the forscan flat EQ download for the rear speakers. Look it up in the forscan forum. I put the SW behind the passenger rear panel.
