Not trying to be a snob but for people who never even driven one before like me till I got mine, just sharing some differences. Some features make a difference when spending thousands of dollars.

I definitely recommend the badlands. I have not used the cruise control yet but will keep you posted. Definitely get the lux package with the 12 inch screen and b&o sound system. Definitely worth the price!
The manual transmission is great, it shifts smoothly, it surprised me with the power (I had a kia telluride with 6cyl for trade). I was hesitant at first about getting the manual transmission due to the fact I wanted the sasquatch package but glad I changed my mind!
