UPDATE:
Flying out tomorrow (on my birthday!) to pick up my Bronco from Granger. Found out my $975 from the "Price Incentive Certificate" will be sent to me via check in about 45 days. There was slight confusion regarding the $2000 "Transition Private Offer." I emailed over my signed, 2021 order...
Hi Bubba!
I called Ford Marketing and found that my price protection certificate expired and wasn't re-issued. I was instructed to work with my dealer to have them apply it. This might present a challenge for folks, depending on your dealer. As "independent franchises" each may handle it...
Got the email yesterday that my Bronco has been delivered to Granger! Hoping to fly in and pick her up this weekend! Keeping track of all the details and nuances and will update our build week after I take delivery. Hopefully this is the break in the backlog dam and more week 11/14 Broncos will...
Sorry to hear about your buddy. Our big guys definitely leave a big hole in our hearts. My pups fit in my two-door Wrangler with the rear seats removed, and the Bronco is a tad bigger. I actually rented a two-door last year and could see that they'll fit, especially after a rear seat delete...
Bestop Trektop (soft top) and AR stirrups for my two-door, manual Badlands. And a slew of harnesses and tie downs to try to figure out how to secure the Danes with the top down!
Yup. I'd love to be able to adopt the attitude of "it'll get here when it gets here" but I have to line up pet sitting for my Great Danes, book a flight from Atlanta to Iowa, and sell my Jeep when I get back. So much riding on getting this ride more sooner than later...
Your dealer has a point. My EDD changed three times... while the Bronco sat in the rail yard waiting for a car hauler to take it to the dealership 2.5 hours away. Thankfully my CU extended my application and kept the same interest rate, but that's only good if the latest delivery date stays put...
Thanks! It's been tough. The delivery dates have changed four times in as many weeks. Now it's Jan 6 - Jan 12. Was hoping to actually have the Bronco for a trip to Asheville on my birthday on Jan 12, but I guess getting the Bronco by then will be my present.
Good idea... hopefully a little nudge will help. I had to call Ford Marketing and ask for a supervisor escalation and miraculously my Bronco is now on the car hauler headed to the dealership. I still kept the case open even after getting the current status. Fool me once...
My Bronco has been sitting in an Iowa rail yard on ramp 37 since Dec 30... less than three hours from the dealership. My price protection certificate also expired on Dec 31 and has not been re-issued. I was told by Ford Marketing that I have to work with the dealership to get them to get the...
Same as @alohashaneo ... my rail car was unloaded last week; however, due to the holidays I'm not expecting the Bronco to arrive at the dealership until today or tomorrow. In the home stretch, but dang Ford certainly has made this process a bit more stressful than it needs to be!
LOL! Years ago my Mom bought a book called "Roughing It Easy" that had all sorts of recipes and cooking times/miles to cook something under the hood. On our next road trip she put a chicken, potatoes and other veggies in foil and off we went in her '77 Dodge Challenger. When we pulled into the...
Check out the spreadsheet on page one of this thread. Per those who filled out the "delivery city" tab, looks like about six total. Could be others who haven't entered their info into the spreadsheet.
Morning 12/12 Peeps! I'm part of the 11/14 crew but check out all build week groups to see what's up. Glad to see so many of you getting a "built" status. Couple of things I hope will help as you inch closer to having your Broncos in your stables...
Check your window sticker to see if you're...
