    It is possible to install without removing the windows. It's a little tricky getting the rear straps in but it can be done. I will try to get a video of it done this weekend and post it.

    By the sounds of things, I don't think you have any room left up there. To be perfectly honest the only way to get rid of the excessive noise is to get rid of the light bar, I had one on my Wrangler years ago for about a week. That was all I could handle.
