You might have got 99ed. I ordered on 8/12/21 and had not gotten any confirmation, made the change to softop/big bend trim instead of outerbanks this past week and got a confirmation from Ford the next day and my priory code changed to 10

So I ordered mine with Tpw package but I don't need it to tow mostly just so I have a hitch for my bike racks. Now my question is without tow package do you not get a hitch at all righy?

So I'm sure the situation was more like my dealer he said for a hardtop he had no idea, could be 2 to 3 years or next year. He can't say because everything ford has told him has not come true so he is just saying 2 to 3 years
