Another thing to consider. If your timestamp puts you in top 10 of dealer with an allocation of 10, are you better off than being at a dealer with an allocation of 200 yet you are number 225 based on their ordered timestamps?
Definitely Bronco, not sport. Didn't ask about allocation but that won't be set until orders are finalized. If more people place orders with them, their allocation will go up. Corwin will not tell me their pricing strategy and neither will Kendall.
JUST SPOKE WITH TOMMY (SALES MANAGER) AT STEVE'S HOMETOWN MOTOR IN WEISER, IDAHO. SAYS WILL SELL BRONCOS FOR INVOICE IF FINANCED AND USE SMALL DOWN. NO PAYOFF FOR LESS THAN SIX MONTHS. SAYS MAKES MONEY ON FINANCING FROM LENDERS AND HOLDBACK. DON'T KNOW ABOUT ALLOCATION OR PAYMENT TO ORDER.
Electric motors work great, instant torque and full torque through full rpm range. In Idaho the problem is charging stations. In this part of the state, the only stations are in Boise however some companies are installing them for employees. The problem being long distance travel. With a fuel...
The horsepower between nissan 4.0 and 2.3 is the same but from but i have found torque numbers are quite a bit different. need to drive a ranger to see for myself.
Fuel economy is a concern yet not a deal breaker. As you have said, the 2.3 seems to have good power and for general use will probably be fine. However, I want to to my sxs and small trailer and think I will miss the power and torque of my '15 xterra 4.0. If 2.7 fuel economy is no worse I will...
Ontario Auto Ranch doesn't know what strategy will use for pricing, probably ADM above msrp.
Corwin salesman I have known for years and is honest says they also don't know what they are doing yet but is pretty sure they will hold to msrp, no ADM. Auto Ranch also said that if not first day res...

Nice that some dealers are stepping up and announcing their pricing strategy. So far SW Idaho dealers haven't decided what they are going to do but some think (not sure yet) that they will hold to msrp. If we don't all order immediately, (Ford says timestamp, not order date is most important)...
PERHAPS RESERVING ONE IS THE WRONG THING TO DO. EVEN THOUGH IT WILL BE MUCH LONGER TO RECIEVE A BRONCO IT MAY BE WORTH IT TO SEE WHAT CHANGES WILL BE MADE WITH EXT AND INT COLOR CHOICES, (HERITAGE COLORS) AND SOME OF THE PACKAGE PRICES SEEM AWFULLY HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET (SASQUATCH ON BD). MAYBE...
If you watch closely, as you add packages, sasquatch for instance, it removes the headliner from your build because it comes with the package. i found that anything that is in a package removes it as an individual item if chosen separately. when i first looked i thought it said headliner...
FORD HAD A VIEWING OF SOME SORT IN TENNESSEE. THEY SENT OUT EMAIL TO RESERVATION HOLDERS AND THIS WAS FOR THE EAST. THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY MAY HAVE OTHERS.
I know it is probably too late for this but wouldn't it be cool if they offered they first year in original colors. I would get my black diamond 4 door in sequoia brown like the '72 I had.
I realize the barn door has already closed on paint colors, however wouldn't it be cool if they offered original colors at least for the first year. I would make my black diamond sequoia brown just like my '72 sport bronco was.
