If you fold the seats forward, you can locate where it rests at the hinge stops. Not much there really. I was thinking if I take 1/16” off it would angle the seat back a bit more. Then I would have to make sure there is no slop in the seat tilting forward when it is locked upright. When I get...
“…unchanged for 40 years either (closer to 50, actually), though it does kinda feel like it….”
Does not look like a typo to me. Lack of knowledge? Maybe. But I stand by my post, my opinion. Compare apples to apples and you can have a reliability convo. When a relatively new vehicle, 7 years...
1984 first year 4 runner, no? That’s 39 in my book. Must be using today’s common core math.
That hiatus is a restart, same name different vehicle. That previous Bronco evolved. This one has not yet. And going even further back, the Bronco that went full size in the 70’s was also a restart...
Well, I feel for you. You are one of the few with issues. I hope we never get there. But comparing reliability with a 3 model year vehicle with a just about 40 year old one, isn’t really fair, is it? Get back to me in 2060 and see if Bronco is still here and reliable or not.
Well with both my work trailer (both empty) and my F250, those numbers were within 5lbs. You’re adding stuff, which takes away from total vehicle weight. GVWR minus payload, equals vehicle weight. Do I need to snap pics?
Basically just cool to hate on potential Bronco problems, even if you don’t have any.
More reliable? Has your Bronco failed you and left you stranded yet?
Not a good family vehicle? Hmm, 4 doors not a family vehicle or daily. I disagree. Fits my girls just fine and our 12 hour road trip with...
We have the Ford sill protectors, just like on the Cyber Orange truck in post #2. But they are for looks, not function. I knew I should Have bought a set with more coverage, but I figured these would be fine given it is the wife’s daily. I was wrong, already some scuffs on the lower edge where a...
it will stand up, which to me looks stupid with windows down.
yes, but see my reply above, or pics below.
But it looks/is way too cumbersome to stand up with the right rear seat up. And who wants to cruise tops off, but sticking up in the back?
yes, flat with all seats down.
Yes, but only...
