Don't forget this 4Door is the soccer mom spec, and the 2 door has the rugged offroad accessories. I think this just tells me that sasquatching the 4 Door is more important than on the 2 door.

Love my FJ, just wish it had proper rear doors and a little more room back there, it's also terrible on gas. Never found the blind spots to be a problem. The Bronco looks like it'll be a perfect upgrade, the only place it's lacking compared to the FJ is with towing capacity, but 3500 is...

Aren't there ways to upgrade the rear suspension to allow it to safely handle more tow weight? my FJ is rated at 5,000lbs and it has way less power and a slightly lower gross weight than the bronco. The reason must be purely suspension related, i'd imagine if towing is more important to you...

Also keep in mind that this is the MPG while offroading, i'd imagine it's worse than you'd get driving around the city.
