Believe it or not, I did check it. Nothing in the manual related to that fault specifically, just about prepping for trailer towing. Maybe it's in some paper version...but we only get the digital manual through the center screen.

Yikes! Don't have any experience with the dealership it was towed to but also don't want to jump to any conclusions before they figure out what's going on. I have faith that my local dealership will make things right.

Nope, thought about it but was on the side of the highway and it was starting to get dark. Figured it was best to just wait for the dealer to take a look.

Update 7/29 Ford engineer came to the dealership to investigate, found cylinder 6 had a dropped valve, which caused the engine to seize up. The engine will be completely replaced under warranty. Ford will be taking the old engine back to Dearborn for further investigation into the root cause but...

Update - My rig did arrive at the dealership yesterday, but apparently had some damage during transit. Spoke with my dealer today and he mentioned scratches/scuffs on some of the rims and noticeable scratches on the MIC top. They reached out to Ford to see how to proceed, not sure when I'll take...

You actually don’t need a log in to check VIN on palsapp.com, just search by the VIN and something should pop up if you being delivered by them.

5/31 build week here. 4dr, Badlands 2.7, MIC, no squatch My reservation time stamp was 7/13, 2 minutes after reveal but my dealer also told me they made me their priority order as I was first timestamp.

You won't end up having to pay $100 to the new dealership. Not sure why Ford's doing it that way but switching dealers results in a $0 reservation.

I personally am only able to see A/Z plan pricing. I assume there's a similar site for folks with X-plan...so maybe someone who gets X-plan pricing can verify if the Sport is listed there as well. Still no guarantees that the Bronco (especially FE) will be plan-eligible but this is a good sign IMO.

I think everyone was pretty confident the Bronco Sport would get plan pricing, but it's now showing on Ford A/Z Plan Pricing page (wasn't showing yesterday). Also glad to see the FE included here.
