  1. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

Did my 60mi round trip commute to the office today with sport mode enabled on my 2.3 manual. This is they way it should come from the factory, crisp throttle response, feels easy to get into the torque band without a lot of throttle movement. I know it is just amplifying my inputs, not really...
  2. Manual Transmission optimal shifting for fuel economy

If you enable the boost gauge, or combination gauge in the instrument cluster, you can use that as your guide to throttle and rpm to use. Using more rpms, but with less boost, is typically more fuel efficient - 2200rpm no boost vs lugging it at 1500rpm and letting 5psi boost provide the torque...
  3. Factory roof rack removal from MIC

They are sticky under the the triangular bolt. I had one side that dropped down and out of the way, the other needed some prying to break free and slide down and out. keep wiggling it with a bit of screwdriver prying and it will work.

  5. 2021+ Bronco ForScan Thread

Tire shops won't make the speedometer adjustment, or pressure threshold change. You'd be lucky to even find a dealer that would try it. In time some standalone programmers like hypertech may come to market for the size adjustment, but until then, forscan is the current method.
  6. 2021+ Bronco ForScan Thread

I enabled sport mode on my 2.3 manual badlands today. Its a small but noticeable change, the response an torque available when first opening the throttle has improved. Even with the SAS wheels and tires I have on, it feels pretty spunky, and has made me decide to hold off any throttle booster...
  7. The V8... Let's talk about it

Coyote motor would sound glorious but is dimensionally large. I was surprised to see Godzilla crate motor is only $6k, 430hp/475tq. That would be a great truck engine for this.
  8. 2021+ Bronco ForScan Thread

Badlands replaced sport mode with rock crawl (w/sway disconnect).
  9. 2021+ Bronco ForScan Thread

I have been using an OBDLinkEX hardwire cable. It seemed a reliable method when I searched a while back.
  10. Lowest safe PSI for SAS tires without beadlocks for offroading?

I ran the badlands KO2slast weekend at 20psi over some pretty rocky trails, and they felt fine, and looked like the could easily go lower. They have a very sturdy feeling sidewall.
  11. More OEM Splash Guard installed details

That’s disappointing, I had just ordered a f/r set for my BL and had planned to modify. I may live with that until the aftermarket catches up.
  12. Tire Pressure concerning OEM 35” Goodyears

On the tire it does show up to 10psi additional is allowed (top line). Looks like ford is using that exception.
  13. SIAP… Back Light question.

It will just barely clear. Will fit better with one of the extensions.
  14. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

The new setting in the bodycm. For tire circumference was saved in mine. My Speedo reading went from 2mph low to 2mph high when I changed it with those steps. Even with the p160 still set on the PCM. For me 2650 was 2mph high (60 was gps 58) 2600 was 1mph low (60 was gps 60-61). Which is...
  15. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

I got the same relearn error for the PCM. AWD module relearned successfully. I took it for a drive and it did change the readings, had to do another change to get it closer. No CEL, but the P160 code is still in the PCM This is where I am now. 285 K02 - 2525 315 gy mt - 2600

I have a set I just took off. About 500 miles on them. Will message you the details.

FYI My BL has active shutters, all of the trucks do. B&p is pretty flawed, the pdf order guide is the Bible on this about features and trims. The sway bar disco hardware sits behind the front axle, under the engine, so it’s not in the way up front by the radiator. Jeep’s are the ones with...
  18. To the designer of the Sasquatch tires

Yes, they do also, but not as bad as the goodyears. I went from standard badlands to SAS wheels/tires and notice more being flung. Combination of tread pattern and extra inch of poke on each side. I did xpel ppf the rocker panels, just above the rails, and so far its holding up. Still makes...
  19. Sasquatch vs non Sasquatch spare tire rack pictures!

I just did the same thing, SAS spare on standard badlands mount, fits without spacer, touches the rubber bumpers below normally because the back space is almost identical. 3rd brake light is a little pushed, but will work until you get an extension or a SAS one.
