Not that I don’t think it’s great you have a Bronco to protect the paint on, but I couldn’t help but “laugh” a bit reading this post when thousands of our Broncos will be sitting in a dirt lot exposed to the elements, bird poop, etc for about three months while they await the new top.

Parking a vehicle in a dirt lot exposed to the elements for a month is less than ideal, but sitting for three months? There HAS to be some undesirable effects to this. I wonder if Ford has plans to mitigate these effects as best they can?

You’re right, I shouldn’t be surprised. It’s my first custom ordered vehicle so it’s all new to me. I’ve always been one to shop around until I find the vehicle with the options I want at the dealer and buy it straight off the lot.
