They gave me a $100 gift card when I called today. Ask for freebies when you call. It's the least they can do. And make sure you get the Price Protection and Price Reduction codes from Customer Service. Save those for your dealer to enter when it finally arrives.

Still waiting....Called Ford CS this morning. They estimated delivery between May 23 through the 29th (😂😂) but the guy admitted they have no idea what the actual date will be since it's on "Chip Hold." They gave me a $100 gift card for waiting 22 months.

Congrats. I’m a 12/21 build date but since 01/03 still waiting “in production.” So I guess there is still hope….

I've been "In Production" since 01/03/22. I called Ford today and they said it's on a chip hold but will be at the dealer on 05/13. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Update. Still in production. Tomorrow will be 4 months stuck in production. I called Ford Customer Service (CS) this morning for an update. They said it's on a "chip hold." This is the first time I've been told chip hold. The CS agent told me it will be at the dealer on May 13th. I asked - how...

On the 3rd, I will be at 4 months of "In Production." Ridiculous.

Last time I called to check on my status, the Ford CS operator gave me three numbers. I believe they are price protection and discount codes. They said the dealer will put them into the system at the time of purchase to determine the amounts of the discounts.

I am a Day 1 reservation with Chapman and went into production 01/03/22. Still waiting to be built.
