Yes, was able to use the factory mount/retainer. For the rear bumper, the Havoc sensor mounts were great. It was just the front bumper where they all had alignment problems. Mostly a function of the sensor configuration itself. Rear sensors are different from front sensors.

I think a lot of people do just the front bumper. It does come with a front license plate mount. I reused the plastic skid plate that came with my bronco. It fits just fine with this bumper. Maybe someday will switch to a metal plate

Not silly. The mounts were the most important thing to me. I wanted them to be strong. These mount in two places where a lot of the others mount in three but the brackets were obviously much stronger on these. Two bolts on each brackets so 4 per side. And then it also mounts with nuts and bolts...

Drilled and tapped for the four mounting bolts directly into the bumper. If you do that make sure you put some rust inhibitor paint or something in the areas where you expose the steel. You'll notice I also had to drill a hole to move the sensor that would have been covered up by the plate...

Does this block the factory tow loops on the front of the Bronco? I can't see them in the pics you posted, but that could just be because everything on the underside is black.
