Could be possible but I at least know in my own case that my dealer is trying to get it there for me and has been unable to.

I saw that mentioned but it doesn't match the data we've been collecting. We see MIC tops going out but not Mod tops. We know there is a different issue with the Heritage Mod tops also so I guess it's possible they are being held for that reason and it hasn't reached official recall status. So...

I just emailed my dealer to find out. I suspect this is what we are seeing. Jan builds with Mod top are sitting and waiting to be reviewed or repaired. I don't think they would be part of recall because they haven't shipped and are still "in production".

Here is the official recall info. Effected build dates stop at Dec 6, 23 so what I wonder at this point is if the January builds are sitting at the plant to have the repair done but because they haven't shipped they are not officially a part of the recall.

That's good news for you. We have seen MIC tops going out. I believe the glass issue may be with the MOD tops only.

Do you have the MOD or the MIC top?

I haven't heard back from my dealer yet to confirm the recall on hard top rear quarter glass, but I have updated the table with the info everyone has shared. Not enough data yet to be sure, but we see 2 MIC tops have gone out. I see no MOD tops that have gone out. We know for sure all HE's have...

I'm in that group too because mine is a 4DR HE. It's quite possible this has been part of the focus for the "inspection campaign" and they've identified enough with the issue that it had to be dealt with. Still waiting on my dealer to confirm if this is becoming an official recall.

For those that aren't familiar (and I wasn't clear), here is the difference between MIC and MOD hardtop. We aren't sure if the note from @Broncaroo applies to both or only to one or the other.

The notice says "hard top quarter glass separation" so it's hard to tell if that would apply to just MIC or just MOD or both. I'm going to try to start tracking what folks have. All HE's have MOD for sure.
