Long story short, got a Steeda Axleback months ago from a friend, and combo'd with the CVF Downpipe, it drones. My previous two attempts to fix it were a bust (wrong sized Resonator and wrong muffler as guy selling his meant Bronco Sport), so now I'm at a different conclusion; get a touring...
Long story short, my attempt to fix the drone with adding an ultra vibrant resonator failed due to getting the wrong size, and between the Steeda axleback and CVF downpipe, sticking with the downpipe, so here we are, as I wanna undo what I did
Can come to you or meet half way, whatever works...
Problem is not everyone lives east or west coast. If you ever been to the four corners or flyover country, plenty of places EV's would do terrible in.
Just time to bring back diesels, feel EV's were a solution to a problem that never truly was
Is it just me, or does it feel like we're being forced to accept Hybrids now, just like we're being told no one wants manuals.
EV's are dying like grandma, this Slate would have been better off using a generic 2.0t or a turbo diesel instead of being an EV; 2021-2024 are dead and over
Right?! I had an Mk1 Audi TT 225, 07 Audi A4, the Bronco, and the closest thing to feeling like a new jack was my GR86's stock clutch spring (Changed it and it became a normal spring, I swear whoever thought a race clutch spring for a daily driver was a good idea needs to be taken out back)...
I remember driving a JL manual and feeling like I was learning all over again... after nearly a decade driving stick, so its heart breaking to see that what could have been a future Florida business vehicle is off the table as I was a fan of Dirks thread and believed in it.
Oh well, at least...
TDI swapped XJ would be sick, probably go full power tuning it and still be better and under budget compared to most modern vehicles.
Listen, let the Ranchero come back, but again, EV error is over, and even Hybrids feel hoisted upon us, lets just go back to Gas and Diesel, keep it simple, son
The previous relentless push and onslaught left a bad taste in my mouth, so Im not a fan at all, very much “it can just die already” mentality
otherwise they’re really niche vehicles solid for cities and the east/west coast. Having driven the through states like New Mexico and stuff, know...
