  1. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

They were able to get me to sorted out. For anyone with the same problem as me (i.e missing asbuilt on procal), their explanation was basically that the Ford Performance Tune was created before the Rack Upgrade and doesn't save the As Built Data. The Ford Performance engineer was able to take...
  2. New Jersey Pinelands Off-Roading w/ 2024 Black Diamond

I grew up there (Tuckerton/LBI). Me and my dad would drive into the woods in a lifted Suburban. Maybe some day I'll drive my Bronco home to visit family and try off roading there in a real rig.
  3. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

The product info says it is compatible with all 2 door models, but we'll see if Ford performance is able to help me get this resolved. If not I'll go down the FDRS route
  4. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

The issues I've seen have mostly been on What do you think of the Eibach stage 2s? Considering getting those when my tires need replacing and I go up to 34s. Any thoughts on the regular vs heavy duty option?
  5. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

Looking at some other threads it seems like the bigger issue is the Performance Tune being installed first. Thinking I need to contact Ford Performance
  6. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

I'm working on installing the 3.0 rack and got the same codes when trying to run the procal. Also got a bunch of fault codes for the steering rack and lame keeping systems. Is it best just to reach out to Ford performance and get them to push a file?
  7. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

Has anyone had issues with the procal rack update not working? I just installed the 3.0 rack and followed all the procedures for running the program. It gets to the end and looks successful on the procal but I keep getting a steering rack fault code on the dash. It's also throwing other fault...
  8. '24 Badlands/Sasquatch 2-Door Cross-Country Camper Build + Trip Review!

Yeah there is space in the foot wells below the platform where you can put some smaller things.
  9. Modified TrailRax For 2 Door Bronco

Yeah I went with the FSR Aspen Lite. Not the thinnest tent, but it's a great fit for the 2 door, comes with a comfortable 3 inch mattress, and I fit reasonably well (my toes can still touch the roof a little when I lay all the way out but it's not bad).
  10. '24 Badlands/Sasquatch 2-Door Cross-Country Camper Build + Trip Review!

Haven't gotten around to posting that one yet... Need to post that and my rear seat delete once it's complete (just need some adjustments and powder coating)
  11. '24 Badlands/Sasquatch 2-Door Cross-Country Camper Build + Trip Review!

Others have done it better than me, but I welded an aluminum tank to fit between the frame in the rear. I split the fuel intake so my main tank fills first before the secondary tank fills. Then I hooked up a fuel pump the an aux switch so that I can transfer fuel from the secondary tank to the...
  12. '24 Badlands/Sasquatch 2-Door Cross-Country Camper Build + Trip Review!

This has a lot of similarities to my rig. Some thoughts from my experience... 1) Removing the rear seats is game changing. It's shocking how much room they take up. I still fill up the rear but I'm happy with how much I fit in my 2 door with the seat delete. 2) The roof rack failure makes me...
  13. ZROADZ Rock Sliders Save My Bronco (Hit & Run)

Exactly what I was thinking. Yes body mounted. The shop removed the slider and inspected everything around the brackets. They didn't find any issue.
  14. ZROADZ Rock Sliders Save My Bronco (Hit & Run)

Had a driver swerve out of the opposing lane on Route 1 in the Bay area. I was going 45mph and they were probably at least 50mph. They collided right into the side of my Bronco, destroying the side mirror, taking off the rear fender flair, and crumpling the bumper. Was still able to drive it...
  15. Anyone upgraded a Badlands (no SAS)?

Agreed, you don't need much if any modification for 34-35s, but 37s can require major suspension overhaul, new axles...expensive stuff.
  16. Anyone upgraded a Badlands (no SAS)?

I got the stock Badlands with the intent to increase the tire size when the 33s wear out. I don't care for the wider offset and flares of the Sasquatch, so I'll probably use the Badlands rims with a taller tire. Have heard tall and narrow have some off roading benefits (also better on the...
  17. Passenger side window whistling

Would you mind providing a link or description with more details? Trying to find a solution for whistling on my driver side window
  18. Broken strut for rear tailgate (terrible design!)

@Mountains2Metal Have you found a metal end fitting for the body side? I've been using your tailgate limiter for a while but your kit only includes the fitting on the door side. Had the plastic fitting on the other side break and can't find a good replacement.
  19. Can Tires be Too Big?

Which tires did you go with? I know there are 34" versions of the 33" BFG K02s that come on the non sasquatch tires. Was thinking of going with those when my stock ones wear out.
  20. Modified TrailRax For 2 Door Bronco

I was very tempted to go with a hard shell from BA tents. The 5" height was super compelling and would have looked great on this modified rack. I just couldn't pull the trigger since I'm 6'1" and wasn't confident I could comfortably fit in one of their tents.
