Well, as soon as I said I didnāt have this issue, my bronco sounded like a rock polisher while warming it up after work today in the 0F weather (slight exaggeration but it was easily heard over the straight pipe cold start). Approx 7,000 miles. I donāt have much faith in the TSB. š¤·š¼āāļø
Iām not afraid of a little DIY and I installed some Lamin-X on my bronco for ~$140. I also would rather not F with insurance or deal with the monkeys at the glass shop if I can help it. Have heard half a dozen rocks bounce off here in Alaska with no chips.

After off roadeo Iām very happy I have front lockers on my base Sasquatch. Also, not having 4A would be a pain in the ass in the winter as 4H likes to bind in parking lots.
Getting the advanced transfer case was the number one reason I went with Sasquatch on my base.
I havenāt heard of anyone retrofitting, I imagine the programming, even with FORScan, would be a nightmare.
Where are you that they donāt salt the roads?
Up in Fairbanks, if itās ~10°F or warmer they started putting brine on the roads which is basically liquid oxidizer. I hate it. I put fluid film on my bronco after seeing what itās doing to my poor old high school truck.
Did you request that they didnāt drill the holes before delivery? If so, that would upset me too. My dealer was great and didnāt add any dealer stickers, mudflaps, or plates after I requested/reminded my salesman prior to delivery.

There arenāt any models with sta bar disconnect that donāt have the other switches.
So, I believe you are correct. Badlands and FE were the only ones with all the hero switches.
