Hidden costs I'm sure. Would $500 make up for the cost? How much extra complexity does it add to the assembly process when every order might have custom addons? That is extra cost to them. Also, they might have made the calculation that they make more just forcing people to upgrade to Badlands.

Couldn't you argue that the disconnect isn't only for traction for the tire, but also for stability? It means your wheel in the air is going to find the ground sooner rather than crash towards that side so much. And it's going to get weight bearing compression sooner

I'm thinking Braptor will be a longer 2 door than what we have now, similar to the Bronco R. Or a half cab similar to Gladiator keeping the Raptorness in it with a bed
