....or what someone posted: https://rockslideengineering.com/ ....will be Bronco build ....or I'm sure some Ford OEM or aftermarket step that can hook onto slider on BL and secure on frame etc.
Excited for July 33rd ;-). The MGV was softer than I expected which is nice; some vehicles with the pleather are a bit stiff. No animals were harmed in the production of these seats....
sorry to confuse; I was at two, actually 3 of the ford event; 2 events had the OBX lux with the leather and this original thread of mine was from yesterday 3/23 with the sweet BD with MGV. I think someone asked for other pics or some leather topic, that's all. Apologies.
Speaking of under the hood - I'm sure a thread covers it, but for all of us "deflaters" be it rocks, sand etc....with an aspiration of an existing or new cool engine bay mounted air compressor....seems to be a bit of a problem...so a standalone unit or a funny car hood scoop with a compartment...
I personally think they are more retro and cool! However, my BL build doesn't have them since Ford is removing our ability to make a choice ;-).
But, for "light", be it lumens, lux, foot-candle, concert bic lighters....I believe the outputs are the same.
Hi - I've only seen, sat, smelled the leather on the Outer Banks with the Lux package last weekend. See below. It was nice but too much $$$ and I prefer the manual seats with "squeegee friendly" MGV ;-). Pardon my "rock-n-roll" Bronco symbol ;-) but pic had nice sunshine on rear seat.
Hi Kyle - I can "slightly" help you but it's an on-paper thing i.e. see pic below. I picked up a 2021 color brochure (wow, they still make these things) at the dealer the other day. I just ripped it apart for you ;-) so I could take a pic with those two colors side by side. The cyber orange in...
Don't think I could have touch the pass side door w/o leaning over; Had lots of VW's and don't care for the pleather; the MGV is unique to me. Like I mentioned similar in a weird but cool way to Subaru XT but Ford MGV seems different and I liked it better.
It really was a "whoa dude" moment when I walked in the garage bay since it's presence was stout, chunky and super tonka truck like and OBX was not...but still nice. I asked the marketing rep if they had a floor jack so I could better check out the suspension with the Bil's etc...he chuckled and...
Apologies, didn't play around with that. I folded the drivers side down and then flipped back up but didn't pay attention if a recline was possible. I'm sure our gods of 6G will mention it somewhere.
Wasn't a big deal; it was obvious difference to me from the Outer Banks whereby I just sort of laterally moved into the driver seat. The running board helped a bit but not really needed for me; on the BD Squatch today, definitely can tell the difference. Still, not a big deal but more pronounced...
I'd honestly say the comfort felt "good"; I know that's lame and qualitative and not quantitative ;-). I currently drive 2014 Audi Allroad and it seemed similar in width so I need to go measure my Allroad. I'd say more Wrangler since I drove one in Hawaii a few years ago vs a larger Silverado...
Hi Friends,
I attended the Bob Maxey Ford event yesterday that featured a nice black outer banks model. A big big shout out to Sean and his wife of "OurBroncoLife" who was present filming some video and chatting with customers. He gave me a tip that Randy Wise Ford of Ortonville, MI was going...
