Question on the heated seats, is it back only, or back and seat, if both, can you turn seat off to have back only?

I had no idea anything was coming, wasnt home anyways, mail carrier left on door steps, not even under the front porch overhang, poster got soaked thru the package. I tweeted Ford, never got a response, I did from USPS, basically to the tune, kick rocks, lol.

Same here, and only the mini Bs arrived unscaved. The poster got soaked and the hammock came with one clip and one strap. Lol.

Update.. tracker is back working for me.

So, I reproduced the same glitch / error another user reported on the tracking system. I put in my order and vin, and it loaded someone elses information for a ford maverick truck, so, yes..there is an issue with Fords tracking system.
