  3. 4/22 Email Group!

you must mean that you ordered it 3/5 not that you reserved it.
  4. 4/22 Email Group!

I truly hope you are right. I thought most of last weeks were getting May build dates but I could well be wrong. PTOD (post traumatic ordering disorder) setting in and I can't keep this all straight.
  5. 4/22 Email Group!

I'm really happy to see all of these 7/13 and 7/14 reservation dates. No ill will to those with with reservations after my noon(ish) 7/14 reservation but I do think it's BS. At least the majority of this production schedule appears to be largely by reservation timestamp. It also looks like...
  6. 11/17 Reservation and already scheduled to build 6/21/21??

I'm happy for all those that get their Broncos. That said, I vaguely recall a case study back in graduate business school having to do with customer service. The take away was that customers would understand waiting so as long a they felt that everyone was being serviced in the order that they...
  7. 10 Things I Hate About The New Bronco

I feel your pain. I'm a noon second day reservation and have been told it is unlikely that I will see mine this year. Meanwhile people with much later reservations will have them in June and July. Why even have a reservation system but I'm now way off topic.
  8. 10 Things I Hate About The New Bronco

In agreement with you except for the removable hardtop. I suspect several of your items will be fixed by 2023 or even mid model 2022. I think we all share your #1.
  9. August res scheduled w/ VIN #

Let's hope this signals good news for some of the earlier reservation holders.
  10. 🎥 2021 Bronco Badlands Off-Road Test [Can It Wheel? By Lite Brite]

Was I the only one that caught the information on what is needed to run 37" tires? Sounds like it needs a 2" lift over the SAS ride height, 2 inch longer control arms and removal of the crash bars. He has a wise question asking if that could be accomplished with spacers because he doesn't want...
  11. Anybody else concerned about plastic interior looking cheap?

That was my take exactly. The bronco isn't going to be what I take my wife to dinner in.
  12. Anybody else concerned about plastic interior looking cheap?

I rode in a BL at KOH and thought that the interior had a tremendous amount of cheap hard plastic. As a result, I ordered a BaseSquatch because even the nicer trims seem cheap to me. Others obviously feel differently and like the design and execution of the interior. I am likely very jaded on...
  13. Priority Orders for 2021 Bronco. What are they, who gets them.

We will never actually know and it really doesn't matter because I'll bet that this is just the first of the special "priority order" programs that Ford will implement to support their dealers' profits. I expect that most dealers will start offering special line cutting spots to customers who...
  14. Priority Orders for 2021 Bronco. What are they, who gets them.

I named my youngest son "Ford" and his daily driver is my profile pic. God's honest truth. Is that close enough to a tattooed sack?
  15. Priority Orders for 2021 Bronco. What are they, who gets them.

Neither tequila nor sleep worked but at least I tried :-)
  16. A point of contact for SoCal buyers - Kearny Mesa Ford

First, thank you for the transparency. Transparency is the best option in a sticking situation because the true will always come out. Most the time the coverup is worse then the crime. My real take away from your post is that dealers can priority code all their orders and get around the...
  17. Priority Orders for 2021 Bronco. What are they, who gets them.

Inventing priority orders so they can cut in a line that you happen to be standing in is one thing. It really is an entirely different thing when you paid to stand in that line. Think about that, we paid $100 for the reservation and then most of us paid another $500 - $1,500 when we ordered...
  18. Priority Orders for 2021 Bronco. What are they, who gets them.

Nobody likes line cutters and customers especially dislike companies that allow it. We all know that life isn't "fair" but nobody expects to see the rules of the game intentionally broken and then bragged about.
  19. My Moab Bronco ride review and detailed 33" vs 35" tires ride comparison

The current bronco options don't include any sort of adjustable suspension. It really is that simple. That said the Bilstein setup in the Sas and BL is incredibly well sorted out. Personally, I would rather have the simplisity of a well sorted nonadjustable suspention then a complex...
  20. Bronco v. Bronco sport

The bronco sport badly dilutes the "Bronco" brand. The Bronco brand should be reserved for true off road capable trucks and not a dressed up Ford Escape. The is nothing wrong with the bronco sport and it has it's place in the market but it should have retained the escape name.
