I'm really close after sitting in our GM"s Wildtrak the other day. It was easy for me to get in without boards but the wifey will want them. I really don't like the way they look with boards. I was thinking BB with 33's and no boards vs Basesquatch with boards.
Pretty sure the residual is 81% on the base for a 10,500K lease. Even with a high money factor, the leases are decent. My F150 lease is a year out and it has me tempted to order a base Bronco but I think I’d miss my truck too much.
I’ve been discussing this at work and most feel they will offer some decent rates and or incentives to close out the year. It’s been a terrible year for Ford at the worst possible time with so many new and exciting things.
It’s not just the Bronco. I have Superduty orders from October with no VIN or schedule date. That’s what we get for relying on other Countries for parts.
This falls in line with what we are being told as salesman. Transits and Superduty's are way out. I have orders as far back as October that I had to cancel and re-submit as a 22 with no schedule date. 1 company bought 2 identical trucks but 1 is a F350 and the other an F450. They picked up...
A traditional CTP (Courtesy Transportation Program) vehicle aka "service loaner" is 6 months or 2,000 miles. I'm not sure on a mannequin but we have had our Mach E and Bronco Sport for what seems like forever. Our Bronco mannequin is supposed to arrive today!
If it makes you feel any better I have orders as far back as October with no VIN or build date. I had the order in for 21 MY well in advance of the cut off and a Ford made me cancel them in March and re-submit as 22. These are all XL Superduty’s. Ford has had a terrible year with the chip...
That’s Interesting. We haven’t received any Bronco’s and our 2 “Mannequins” have been invoiced for several months. I checked the status today and 1 had shipped finally. I don’t think we will see stock for a year. There will be a few here or there due to customers backing out but that’s about it.
Production is really slow on everything due to parts shortages. The less content you want the quicker you should get it however that hasn’t been the case with the Transit vans. They are prioritizing the F150 for the remainder of 21.
